GUEST ACCESS & PARKING

You will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and enjoyment throughout your stay. Please note this is a true mountain property and while the parking is only slightly steep, guests with very low-to-the-ground vehicles may want to take extra care. There are two external sets of stairs to access the cabin (approximately 12 stairs each). Complimentary parking is available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking near the front entrance of the community.

If you’re traveling with several small children or elderly guests, please consider whether the stairs and terrain are the right fit for your group’s comfort.

HOUSE RULES

Adhering to the guidelines below ensures a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for you and future guests.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated. These times allow the team to properly clean and prepare for the next guests.

QUIET HOURS & EVENTS

Parties and events are NOT permitted on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21+ years of age to book.

PETS

I'm happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please review and follow these rules before bringing your pet.

~ A refundable $200 pet deposit is required for all reservations with dogs. If no pet-related damage is found, your deposit refund will be initiated within 24 hours after check-out.
~ An additional $75 non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be added to your reservation to cover the extra cleaning required after pet stays.
~ Dogs only (up to 2), with a maximum weight of 70 lbs each. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
~ Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
~ Dogs must be leashed outdoors and should not be left unattended in the cabin unless they are comfortably crated.
~ Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning beyond what is reasonably expected may result in additional charges.
