Single-storey and pet friendly, set on the peaceful and tranquil Meadow Lakes Holiday Park. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail and WC, 1 x twin. Highchair and travel cot available, please request from reception. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Central heating. Oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. Smart TV, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent.. Enclosed decking with furniture and hot tub. One large or two small well behaved dogs welcome. Heated outdoor swimming pool (late May to September), cafe (Mid May to Early September), indoor games barn with table football, air hockey, and darts. An outdoor spacious play area with climbing frames and a zip wire. Pets corner with petting sessions in peak times. Large dedicated dog walking field and a mile long woodland trail with a scenic riverside walk. There are also three fishing lakes with a small fishing charge. Please do supervise children and pets around any water. Off-road parking for two cars available and the property is well situated for both St Austell and Mevagissey, with Truro and Newquay also within reach for day trips or surfing.
