28 Tennyson Avenue, a terraced house over five floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with a range cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, dining seating for eight people, woodburning stove, and TV, a dining room with dining seating for sixteen people, a sitting room with TV, and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, second-floor double, fourth-floor double, third-floor twin, fourth-floor single, second-floor family room, and fourth-floor family room, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom, bathroom, and third-floor shower room. The garage has been converted to a small games room. This is accessed through the side door (key for door and games room will be left in the side door for you) into the small yard, and through the glazed garage doors. There are 4 parking permits. They are electronic and will need to contact the owners a week before your stay to arrange the permits You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, and beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a patio, gravelled area, lawned area, and hot tub. two well-behaved pets welcome. Please note: There is an 9pm curfew at this property after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest and not cause any form of disturbance to neighbours, Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests staying at the property when you book, When there is evidence of a potential over-occupancy and it is subsequently verified by the owner, this will result in all occupants being asked to leave the property, as this impacts the owner’s insurance as well as being a breach of the rental agreement.Guests are kindly reminded - in line with the rental agreement - that at the end of the holiday the property must be left in the same or similar state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. There is also the East Riding Leisure Centre, with family swimming area and a variety of other indoor activities. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the spectacular heritage coastline. There are numerous places to visit in the area, including Bempton's RSPB bird sanctuary, Sewerby Hall, Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves. A great area for bird and nature lovers, or simply for touring.
