Apartment can accommodate 4p but only provide 2 amenities pass Beautiful studio with 2 beds ready to accommodate up to 4 people but only provide amenities pass for 2. Guest will be required to submit a copy of a legal ID such as a driver’s license or passport in order to be registered with the building. It is your responsibility to let us know the exact time of arrival so we can coordinate to meet you there at that time. *In case a check-in between 12:00 am and 8:00 AM needs to be arranged, a $70 fee will apply. There is valet parking in the building for an additional fee and there are parking garages across the street. The unit is strictly non-smoking. If it's proven the guest smoked in the unit a $200 fee will apply. Lost elevator key-fob = $100 fee. We need to receive photos or scan of ID (passport or national ID) at least 24 hours before arrival for registration purposes. Lost & Found: Please double-check your belongings before departing to ensure you don’t leave anything behind. If you do, you will have two days to come back and rescue your lost treasures. Unfortunately, I cannot send you any products to your doorstep. Remember to pack your stuff and avoid unnecessary separation anxiety.
