About this house rental
In the countryside, this house is ideal for 1/2/3 people with a young child.
The BZ of the living room can possibly offer an additional bed for 2 people (subject to agreement on my part).
Accessible on one level and with a surface area of 50 m2, the Prairiale is completed by a terrace of 35 m2.
From left to right, you will have a nice view of the peerage, the orchard, the vegetable garden (land largely fenced).
Instantly, you will reconnect with nature.
Your days will be embellished by the singing of birds, the acrobatics of the squirrel, the flight of butterflies and from time to time by the hooting of the owl and the croaking of the frogs.
THE HOUSE
In a very small village, this house has been totally renovated and consists of:
. 1 equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, fan oven, microwave, etc.... - 1 window with mosquito net and shutter
. 1 living room in which there is a 160 BZ bench, a 90 cm bed, coffee table, round table, 1 armchair, 4 chairs and a fireplace - 1 French window with double curtains and shutters and 1 second window with double curtains only
. 1 separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed + travel cot, dressing room, library with books, games (adults and children), small table/chair and fan - 2 windows with shutters
. 1 bathroom with suspended toilet, shower, vanity/washbasin and storage column - 1 window with blackout film
A 35 m2 terrace with garden furniture, table, 2 armchairs, 1 bench, 1 half egg and 2 parasols.
A large plot of land on either side.

PGJyPgAccess to the house is exclusively reserved for travellers in respect of the premises.
As for the exterior, a very large part of the meadow and the land are freely accessible.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
Present on site, I will be able to answer your requests and questions while being discreet and respectful.
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The south Charente is close to the Charente Maritime, the Gironde and the Dordogne.
S you wish, you will be able to taste Pineau des Charentes (white or red), cognac and the great wines of Bordeaux.
You will therefore have the opportunity to go sightseeing and practice various activities.
OTHER INFORMATION
If the mercury rises, you can find coolness, relax, read, do yoga, meditation under the 3 large lime trees of the grounds.
As soon as night sets in, you will have the opportunity to stretch out on the deckchairs, observe the sky dotted with a multitude of stars (without light pollution) and identify them thanks to the dedicated applications.
You can also opt for a guinguette atmosphere by lighting the pretty garlands (electric and/or solar.
