There is ample of parking nearby, where the in-villa parking can house four A segment sedans. Ideal for gatherings, events and reunions of 15 people, for you to rekindle relationships and recreate memories. It's 7 mins drive away to Lumut Jetty & Waterfront, 10 mins to Teluk Batik beach, 7 mins to AEON shopping complex and 20 mins drive to Teluk Senangin beach. It's also just 5 mins drive away from Marina Island (manmade) and jetty, where you can hitch a 10 mins ferry ride to the infamous Pangkor Island. The villa itself is surrounded by a number of seafood restaurants, all within 5-10 mins walk, allowing you to indulge in your fav delicacies.
