With plenty of space for alfresco living, the property is situated on the ground floor of a two-story building. Guests can relax in the privacy of the garden, enjoy sea views and leisurely mealtimes in the outside dining area.
Inside, the generous open-plan living space looks out onto the terrace and is furnished with: a double sofa bed, a dining table, comfortable banquette seating and a smart flat screen TV. This area also incorporates a small galley kitchen equipped with a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge freezer.

Casa Corsara is located on the northern tip of Sardinia in a quiet residential area of Terravecchia-Portoquadro overlooking the turquoise waters of the Strait of Bonifacio.
While quiet and residential, the property is only a 10-minute drive from Santa Teresa Gallura’s ferry port (for Ferries from Corsica), restaurants, grocery stores and markets. Here, guests can also enjoy evening strolls in the historic town centre and watch the sunset from the Longosardo Tower (a 13-minute drive), a perfect end to a sun-soaked day
Visitors can also enjoy days out exploring hidden coves and sunbathing on nearby beaches, including the local Spiaggia Porto Quadro (a 15-minute walk), Rena Bianca (a 12-minute drive), Rena di Ponente (a 17-minute drive) and Cala Spinosa (a 17-minute drive). The wind-sculpted shores of Capo Testa (a 16-minute drive) are also perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and coastal walks, with scenic trails offering panoramic views of Corsica.
