The property is in a resort and resort is great. But the property itself is good except the pool heater does not work and staircase carpet was dirty. It was a big disappointment for our group of 17 people that pool was not heated. We told before 48 hours to heat the pool but once we arrived they said heater does not work so technician is fixing it and it will be ready next morning. Next morning it was still same cold. We checked the heatpump and it was showing message that refrigerant or some fuel was not there. That means they knew all along the pool was never going to heat up but did not tell us honestly. Rafael who was communicating stopped answering some questions over vrbo messages. They don’t put enough tissue papers and paper towels so we had to ask. They first told us to go buy it on Christmas eve. It says it sleeps 19 but actually some beds are too small to fit two teen agers or adults so its really 12 people can sleep. Resort is really great.
