The second bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. There is a second bathroom, a living/dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, internet, a TV in the living room, and a balcony with an outdoor seating area and ocean views. It has an electronic lock and a hotel-style key card to activate the electricity.
Vehicle Access Procedure
1. Park your vehicle in front of the complex’s main reception area.
2. Check in at the reception desk. There, you will be given wristbands granting access to the common areas.
3. Return to your vehicle with the wristbands on.
4. Enter through the vehicle entrance. The guard will verify that all occupants are wearing wristbands and will authorize entry.
5. Once inside, take the first ramp on the left to go up to the second parking level.
6. Look for parking space number 235, marked on the ground. It’s right behind the elevator that goes to Tower 3.
7. Head to the elevator in Tower 3 and go up to the 10th floor.
8. When you exit the elevator, turn right and look for the door marked with the number 1031.
9. To enter the apartment, enter the code I’ll send you on the day of your reservation and press the # key. Do this slowly to avoid jamming the lock.
10. This code will work only once. Inside the apartment, you’ll find a white card on the kitchen counter.
11. Use this white card to:
Open the apartment door for the remainder of your stay.
Turn on the electricity in the apartment by inserting the card into the slot next to the front door.
12. To use the common areas (pools, hot tubs, beach, gym, game room, massage services, and kiosks), you must make a reservation through the complex’s website using the ID you provided when you checked in.
