It features a spacious shared yard with a BBQ and many parking possibilities. Inside, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with three single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room is equipped with a couch and Sat-TV for entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, air conditioning, an oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water kettle, and and coffee machine. From both the kitchen and living room, you can access the roofed terrace (30 m2), which overlooks the garden and provides a pleasant space to unwind.

The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet. Wi-Fi is included in the price, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay.
