Villa Emily in Ražanj on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast is the perfect vacation home for families and friends!
This luxurious and modern villa boasts some truly special features:
5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests
3 fully equipped bathrooms (2 with shower/toilet | 1 with bathtub/toilet—plus 2 guest restrooms)

The first floor features four bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a guest restroom. Three of these bedrooms have access to the balcony.
On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom, including a toilet. Also located on the second floor is the stunning rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view across the entire bay. A private barbecue area with a traditional fireplace grill ensures enjoyable experiences with stunning views.
On the first floor, you’ll find the garden and courtyard with a private pool area (heated pool), sun loungers, umbrellas, a hammock, a dining table, and a lounge seating area.
The interior on this floor features a large, open-concept living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cozy and comfortable moments at the large dining table or on the inviting sofa arrangement. You’ll also find an additional guest restroom on the first floor.

The villa is located in the small and quiet fishing village of Ražanj. Ražanj is part of the town of Rogoznica. You can reach the center of Rogoznica from the harbor in Ražanj by water taxi in under 10 minutes. By car, the beautiful old town and harbor are about 10 km away.
Here you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés. A lavender maze is waiting to be explored. A very popular photo spot, Dragon’s Eye Lake, is just a stone’s throw away.
Along the harbor promenade, you’ll also find rental shops for activities such as boat tours, diving excursions, and boat/personal watercraft rentals.
From the villa in Ražanj, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Trogir. The beautiful old town of Trogir is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The capital of Dalmatia—Split—is about a 40-minute drive away.
