This incredible 3 bedroom plus flex room condominium offers our guests 11 different beds for a variety of sleeping arrangements. With 2 King, 2 Queen and 7 Twin beds to choose from.
Located centrally to downtown Nashville, the WestEnd area caters to fine dining, upscale shopping, boutique coffee shops and a mix of cultural entertainment that serves both the professional side of Nashville and the student lifestyle behest to the nearby Vanderbilt and Belmont Campuses.
Enjoy being able to walk to Centennial Park, The Parthenon and countless restaurants within a few mins from our home.
If you find yourself driving into town, we provide 2 designated parking spaces within the secure private and air-conditioned garage. Just a few steps from your vehicle, take the elevator to the first floor and you’ll find everything you need for your stay
Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals at home, a bar area with mixing utensils and the true highlight being our coffee preparation ensemble. Regardless of the type of coffee you prefer, we have tried to provide you with the means to indulge. You’ll find the choice of a standard drip machine, a k-cup (Keurig), a French press, a nespresso and even an espresso maker.
Here is a detailed breakdown of the bed layout for the property:
Bedroom #1 - 1x King bed plus a Twin roll-away bed. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and even a spacious balcony with ample seating to share memorial times with your friends. (Sleeps up to 3 people on 2 beds)
Bedroom #2 - 1x King Bed, plus 2x Twin beds in bunk formation. This bedroom has a flat screen TV and access to the bathroom is located right outside the door in the corridor. (Sleeps up to 4 people in 3 beds).
Bedroom #3 - 1x Queen Bed. This bedroom is en-suite and features a flat screen Tv on the wall. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).
Flex Room (located off the living room) - 1x Queen bed. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed)
Living Room - 4x Twin beds, 2 of which are Twin day beds and 2 are Twin trundles located under the day beds. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 4 beds).
Lastly, if you need wash your clothes or freshen up some towels during your stay, please know that we have a washer and dryer within the unit that you are welcome to use. We supply laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Lovely condo, with comfy beds, clean rooms and coffee in the great kitchen. We were able to walk to the Parthenon and to coffee or lunch. Excellent location and felt very safe. Loved parking our cars inside the parking garage. Host was easy to work with, would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a beautiful place. The decor was gorgeous and everything was clean and well stocked. We also loved the garage and easy elevator access to unit. Great place!

We had the best weekend and much of that was thanks to where we stayed! The space was very clean, underground parking was nice, communication was great, and the location was ideal. I would like to mention that the shower drain in the detached bathroom drains very slowly. Thanks for a great visit, would come back!

This property has all the amenities that one can ask for. Beautifully designed and very spacious. We were staying there while in town for a wedding, and it was perfect! It was also very clean and had plenty of towels.
