For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.
📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this rental. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was great! It was hot during our stay so the pool was perfect for our kids. The host was very responsive and check in was super easy! We would definitely stay again.
