We wanted to meet and relax as a family. This was a perfect spot. The views of the farm and lake from the front porch as gorgeous. The house offers plenty of space to relax and eat. Codorus State park visitor center is less than a mile down the road and the park pool is only a5 minute drive. I want to bring everyone back again. Some great amenities not listed are a fire pit and griddle grill on the back deck. There are also amazingly comfortable deck furniture with a propane fire table to keep you warm on a cool night.

This is a large house with two living rooms at the front of the house and a dining room, eat-in kitchen and bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There are window air conditioners in the 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as one in the dining room. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The house was clean. It's at one corner of the farm and is private. We loved the porch and sitting on the rocking chairs watching the lake and the farmland. It was very relaxing. The owner was easy to communicate with and we had no problem checking in or out of the house. It was a great place to relax for a few days and would stay here again if we come back to this area.
