Our spacious, modern family home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed—perfect for families with children. You’ll also enjoy bright living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a private garden with outdoor seating, and modern bathrooms. Guests will access the house via a keyless smart lock; we’ll send you your personal access code shortly before check-in.

You’ll have full private access to the entire house, except for two storage rooms on the top floor.

Feel free to use all amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, the large outdoor terrace, and the private garden.

Our home is located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature. You’ll find walking and biking trails nearby, as well as several charming villages to explore.

- This is our primary residence, not a dedicated vacation home.
- Two rooms on the top floor and the garage are off-limits to guests.
- We ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 PM to be considerate of our neighbors.
- Free private parking is available on-site.
- Please be aware that phone calls must be in English, and we can be reached for urgent matters via WhatsApp after the free cancellation period.
