Welcome to your Cretan getaway, Villa Zoe! Tucked in the peaceful area of Peristeras, just a 6-minute drive from the heart of Ierapetra, this spacious villa offers privacy, comfort, and natural beauty. Set on a private estate with olive trees, this home is designed for families or groups of friends looking to relax and reconnect in style. The villa spans three levels and 360 sq.m., offering breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and lush gardens.
Outdoor Living
Step into the expansive garden and relax in your own slice of Mediterranean heaven. Take a dip in the large private pool of 72sqm and soak up the sun on the loungers, or unwind in one of three stylish outdoor lounge areas. Share meals at two dining spaces, grill up local flavors at the BBQ corner, and enjoy extras like a ping pong table, outdoor shower, and a shaded gazebo.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is designed for gathering and relaxing. It features two spacious living rooms, a cozy fireplace, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated home office space. From here, step out onto the veranda and take in sweeping views of the sea, ideal for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.
First Floor
Upstairs, you’ll find four air-conditioned bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Two additional bedrooms have double beds, and the fourth has two single beds that can be combined into a double. This floor also has a second bathroom with a shower. All levels are connected via an elevator for ease of access.
Lower Level
The basement level adds even more comfort with a second kitchen, a cozy sitting area, one more bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped private gym, and a relaxing sauna.
