This 5,300 sqft home offers ample space to sleep, gather and make memories together. With the perfect mix of both private rooms and communal spaces it's an ideal rental for large groups.
Nestled among the treetops on an idyllic 20-acre mountain top property, this house offers spectacular views, hot tub, pool (*heater being installed this spring!!), swing set, game room and much more. Sleeps up to 21 people!
Common Areas:
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a large family meal. Eat-in kitchen breakfast table.
Dining Area has a large dining table and a fireplace for coziness.
Living Room has lots of seating, a gas fireplace (remote operated), books aplenty and board games!
Massive screened-in porch with outdoor fireplace, lots of seating, BBQ, hot tub, ping-pong and a grand dining table.
Office space with a large wooden desk, monitor, and a printer.
Den / kids play room with TV, couches, toys, books and lots of fun!
Basement:
Game Room with pool table, arcade race car game and air hockey table!

Bedroom 5: Two Queen and Sleeper Sofa. Has a coffee maker and small sink.

NEW: 15 x 30 ft. outdoor POOL with wrap around DECK. **UPDATE** We are installing a brand new pool heater, estimated to be ready by the start of June at the latest.

Large private driveway, 20-acre property at your disposal for hikes/adventure. Keyless entry. Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and property, including pool (seasonal), hot tub, deck, yard, and all entertainment areas.

Driveway: Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.
Parking: Up to 6-8 vehicles can be parked along the tree line, depending on size and how they’re laid out.
Coffee maker: There's a regular drip pot coffee maker at the house for you to use.
There’s a wood burning fireplace on the deck and a fireplace in the living-room. There’s also a fire pit outside. A few pieces of firewood are provided to get you started!
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.
Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.
Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly and host dogs. The pet fee is $100 for one dog, $150 for two dogs and $200 for three pups. If you're planning on bringing more than three dogs, please let us know before booking, as an additional approval may be needed. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.
Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide.
Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance.

Had a great time in Williamstown with a three generation birthday celebration. Doreen was great and the house exactly as on the website. Views are spectacular!

We had an absolute blast at this wonderful house! The property is huge so there was more than enough room for our friend group, and the location was perfect for skiing/snowtubing as the house is within driving distance of a wide variety of ski resorts. There's also a really cool game room in the garage full of arcade games and a pool table, and the deck outside was a great place to hangout, play ping pong, or chill in the Jacuzzi! The owners were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had about the property, and we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. Can't recommend this house enough for anyone looking to stay in the area!

One of the best if not the best getaway houses we have stayed in. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The outside enclosed deck is incredible! So much fun playing ping pong out there! Doreen our host was amazing and great communication with her. If I could give 10 stars I would, the house and host deserve it!! Plenty of room for our group of 12! Awesome stay! And we will be back next fall!
