The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include 4 beds in total - one of which is a bunk bed offering two sleeping spaces - making this a practical and comfortable layout for families or small groups. Air conditioning keeps the interior cool regardless of the hour, while room-darkening shades, bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers make settling in easy. A TV is on hand for relaxed evenings in, and window guards, a smoke alarm, and a carbon monoxide alarm are in place throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for everyday cooking - a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware are all ready to use. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate since it is an electronic gate.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
