A two-minute walk from the heart of the village of Roussillon, this modern house of about 68 m², is located in a remarkable listed site, ideal for discovering the Region.

Our contemporary house of 68 m² is designed to accommodate two adults, ideal for a romantic getaway or a small family stay. Let yourself be seduced by:
* A bright and spacious living space: Equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room, with a breathtaking view of the Luberon and a partial perspective on the Mont Ventoux.
* An elegant bedroom: Double bed and modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
* A refreshing swimming pool of about 7.6 m² and a depth of 1.45 m.(open from May 1st to September 30th): Including a secure children's beach and an alarm system that complies with standards.
* A shaded terrace (61 m²): Complete garden furniture (tables, chairs, sunbeds, parasols) and plancha for convivial meals in the open air.
* Secure parking: One free outdoor space per house and a secure area dedicated to muscle or electric bikes.
The entire property, including the house, pool and garden, is dedicated to your exclusive use, guaranteeing you total privacy.
Privileged Location for Optimal Discovery:
Enjoy easy access to the area's shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Explore the hilltop villages of the Luberon, hike in enchanting landscapes or simply relax by the pool. "The Luberon" is the ideal starting point for a holiday rich in discoveries.
We follow a rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocol between each tenant.
Late arrivals in total autonomy are possible, presence on site of key boxes with code.

* Cleaning and linen package (mandatory) of 170€ is included.
• Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable in addition, to be requested on arrival.
• Pool towels are extra, offered in the form of a rental of €5 per person, to be requested before arrival.
* Pool opening period: from 01/05 to 30/09.
• Electric heating from 01/11 to 15/04 on exit statement.
* Pets allowed on prior request: €35/pet, only dogs under 10 kg are accepted.
* Tourist tax included: According to the local legislation in force.

To finalize the rental we ask:
- to validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the identity documents.
The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 28 years old.
- to provide a certificate of insurance of the "resort" or "vacation" type in the name of the signatory.
Other remarks:
The house is very quiet with a nice view and conducive to rest and relaxation. We prefer to insist on the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.
