This private estate includes Eden on the Rocks, a beautifully designed Villa with 1bed/1.5bath and stunning architecture, and Cottage on the Rocks, a charming 1bed/1bath apartment with magnificent ocean views. Enjoy luxurious furnishings, modern comforts, and breathtaking coastal scenery. Perfect for relaxation or adventure; it’s your own slice of paradise!
THE SPACE
Discover Eden’s Garden Oceanside Estate, your private sanctuary perched on a dramatic red rock cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It's like having your own Red Rocks experience along Dominica's unspoiled coastline. This luxurious yet welcoming estate offers the perfect escape to unwind after unforgettable island adventures. It is next to the village of Wesley and 10 minutes to the heart of Calibishie.
Designed for comfort and serenity, the estate comprises of a breathtaking 1 bed/1.5 bath Villa and a 1bed/1 bath Cottage. The two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. 4 additional guests can comfortably sleep on a futon in the living rooms.
In the Villa, unwind in the master suite, where you'll find a plush Ralph Lauren four-poster bed, air conditioning for restful nights, and an en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
The handcrafted interior showcases locally sourced hardwood beams, Brazilian wood floors, and custom cedar doors, creating a space both elegant and cozy. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, and a black granite farmhouse sink which is perfect for preparing meals after a day exploring the island.
For your convenience, the Villa includes a washer and dryer, while modern amenities like Wi-Fi, surround soundsystem, security cameras, and a backup generator ensure a worry-free stay. Our Caretake, Bob and his very friendly doggy sidekick, Brandy, are available for any additional needs during your stay.
Across the courtyard from the Villa, the fully air conditioned Cottage features a comfortable bedroom, a sizable bathroom with tankless hot water, and a spacious lounge area and dining nook. The entire stay was surreal! First, the host was in constant communication without being intrusive. He responded to queries before the booking which was encouraging and provided guidance at each step even after check in. He facilitated staggered arrival of our 6 person group. The architecture, carefully curated interior with antiques and artwork not to mention the stocked pantry and well equipped kitchen welcomed you with warmth and personality! Bob and Brandy became our best friends and even taught us how to cook the local lobster- outstanding lobster bisque! But the views of the full moon lighting up the ocean and the patio for outdoor living for gazing across the water and not to forget the music of the waves battering the cliffs is a lifetime memory!

A truly extraordinary property!My husband and I stayed for 4 weeks in November / December 2025. We travelled from Canada, and this was our first time on Dominica.As the pictures show it’s very private, right on the ocean. Lots to explore right from the house down on the volcanic red rocks that lead to the ocean. If you’re into rocks, the outcrops are really interesting – almost sculptural. The house was very well set up with everything we needed to feel at home. Well stocked kitchen, air conditioning in the bedroom, ocean breezes to keep the rest of the house comfortable. The deck is wonderful and feels like an extension of the indoor living space; great for star gazing too. The wifi works very well – I was able to work and join virtual meetings when necessary. There were a variety of plug adapters and USB chargers, so we were able to plug in all our devices. The owner was great – provided lots of helpful information and was available by text / phone for any questions.There is a caretaker that lives on the property, which we appreciated. He was available when we had questions, but otherwise we didn’t see him. Dominica is full of beautiful beaches, waterfalls, and hikes. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

The location was spectacular. Brynmore's home had everything you need to spend a restful week in beautiful DominicaThe caretaker Bob and his pet Brandu were be welcoming. We enjoyed staying at the Eden estates Villa and hope to be back soon
