Stylish vacation home directly on the Weser with covered terrace and free WLAN

The spacious and beautifully furnished "Haus Zander" vacation home with a terrace measures approximately 50 m². It features a living/sleeping area with a built-in kitchen and a 55-inch smart TV. It is equipped with free Wi-Fi and also has a children’s room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower. The entryway features a seating area, perfect for a cozy evening.
In front of the house is a large covered terrace with a view of the property and the Weserbergland region. The property also features a covered gazebo with a modern gas grill. This may be used free of charge; however, it must be cleaned after use.
At the end of the property, right on the Weser River, is the “Weserblick,” a sailboat. There, you can sit comfortably and watch the motorboats, jet skis, canoes, etc., on the Weser while enjoying nature.
The large, quietly situated property is perfect for playing badminton or similar activities.

The property is located right in the town of Rinteln, behind the outdoor pool on the Weser River. Thanks to its central location, many amenities are within walking distance.
Among other things, the vacation home stands out for its quiet location, the view of the Weser River, and its proximity to the beautiful historic district of Rinteln with its restaurants, bars, and shops (just 600 meters away).
A visit to the “Bodega Beach Bar”—known far beyond the city limits and located just 300 m away—with its delicious cocktails, right on the Weser River with a swimming beach, is an absolute must.
Rinteln’s beautiful outdoor pool is just about 250 m away and is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The giant slide is spectacular and a blast for everyone.
A separate toddler pool, only 60 cm deep, offers opportunities
for the little ones to splash around.
The modern movie theater in Rinteln, showing many current films, is truly worth a visit and is also just 350 m away.
A private parking space for your car is available on the property.
As it does every year, the Doktorsee in Rinteln will once again be transformed from 25.07.2025 to 27.07.2025, into an impressive setting for an entire weekend filled with live music, light shows, massive fireworks, performances, and a festive atmosphere.

The Weserbergland region and the property’s ideal location offer a wide variety of activities, such as:
canoeing, boating, or simply going fishing on the Weser River or at the fishing ponds. Fishing licenses are available from the Rinteln Fishing Association.
The well-known Weser Bike Path runs right past the property; it leads toward Hamelin or Minden, along the beautiful Weser River.
Other sights and activities include, for example, a hike to the Klippenturm, a Weser river cruise, the Möllenbeck Monastery, Pagenburg Castle, or Schaumburg Castle. The castle in Bückeburg or the Steinhuder Meer, with a boat ride to Wilhelmstein Island. Hamelin, the town of the Pied Piper. In Porta Westfalica: “The Kaiser Wilhelm Monument,” the EXPO Millennium View, the Hermann Monument, and the Owl Museum. The churches in Rinteln.

Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. You won’t need to use your car.
