The location was safe and ideal. Close to everything.
The apartment was well outfitted and everything was comfortable. We had all we needed

We were met at the entrance and given instructions and the keys, we were also shown where the parkings were located, that was a little bit of a mission but you get used to all the buttons and gates after a while, the only thing was if I had my bakkie and canopy in Cape Town I dont think it would have made the height restrictions as the garage roof and entrance is very low at 2m, that is the only possible negative I can say on this premises.
Honestly there was ZERO - this place is exceptional and the views and location is one of the best I have stayed in, I travel a lot and this will be one of those VERY memorable accommodations for very good reason, If the hosts could keep up the brilliant service and work this place would remain my first choice when coming back into town.

The views, the comfort (especially in the bedrooms), the cleaning, the Nespresso machine, and the complimentary gym pass.
The building’s staff is terrible with the guests. I’m aware it is not the host’s staff, but the issue must be addressed. The check-in and checkout process needs improvement. Some furniture also needs replacing.
