George was amazing. His communication and assistance on every level was exceptional. A super friendly helpful host. Lodge position is ideal for game viewing. Lovely swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Very good game drives with Steven.

The cleaner used the houses washing machine to service other units. Advertised a tumble dryer was not there. The one room smelled like bat droppings.

The pictures do not do this property justice - the house is stunning, spacious and is perfect for a small family or group compared to some of the larger properties in Mjejane. The house is located on the banks of the crocodile river with stunning sunset & sunrise views!

Overall the property is very well equipped but some of the items in the kitchen are a bit old and need to be serviced or replaced. The braai area did not have a big enough braai grid. We did not make use of the upstairs area because the staircase does not have a balustrade which was not safe for our young kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Imberbe Lodge, located on the Crocodile River overlooking the Kruger National Park is a beauty and experience that is hard to describe. The home was beautiful and clean and the pictures don't do it justice at all, it is so much more. George was wonderful, communicated with us to ensure we got in and settled and was such a pleasure, professional and friendly. The Kitchen is fully equipped, clean home and breathtaking views. Listening to the hippos at night and the wild game around gave it a true bush experience unlike any other. We will definitely be returning again to make more memories. Thank you for hosting us.

There is really not much to comment on negatively. Only comment would be that perhaps some basic essentials like salt and pepper, sugar and tea would be a nice touch to have available for the rate being paid. Other than that, all else was catered for.
