La camera era accogliente, pulita e nuovissima
Non funzionava l'acqua calda motivo del punteggio basso, sono venuti a controllare ma non è cambiato nulla e alla successiva richiesta di sistemare la cosa siamo stati ignorati

The receptionist is kind and trying to be helpful. Wifi is good. Room is clean.
If you google the hotel name on google map, it will lead you to nothing, which is really frustrating when you're carrying bags across the city. The receptionist does not speak a word of English. Card payment was tricky - my card, which has never failed in every country, was declined multiple times. Only one bathroom for many rooms to share and it was situated on the top floor (5F).
