Beautiful apartment with affordable price in Saigon . 5 mins to airport . Humble staff
    5.2 / 10·Oct 2026
Staff: abrupt, cold, rude, unwilling, unhelpful. A local person who didn’t even live there wanted to help and demanded that the front security give me an umbrella in the rain to find my room, and the clueless guard started to put a raincoat on me and kept punching me in the face and almost breaking my glasses while I was trying to put it on, and he got annoyed and impatient when I tried to protect my glasses from his punches. Owners: did not give building number (there are 4) or floor number (there were more than 13 floors in each building) or room number. Try finding it in the pouring rain. Lazy, entitled, not proactive towards one night stay Agoda guests. When I check out she says she must prepare the room for a “serious” client. Agoda guests stay away. More on owners below… Elevator: security needs to give the key card to you when you come in to stay if the owners are too lazy to greet you and tell you which building to go to in which room and which floor and give you the key card and explain the complex since they left no notes of that, so of course the security guards act extremely annoyed to have to do their job and give you the key card and when you receive it, the marker on it has already been partially washed away and it’s blurry and you can’t see what anything on it says and they won’t tell you what it’s for. And they act very annoyed. If you ask what it says, and it’s for. owners and security wouldn’t show how to use the keycard. I find out from residents that the key card often doesn’t work and sometimes they try pushing it everywhere and clicking all kinds of buttons and it still doesn’t work for the elevator. Sound fun when you must go up 12+ floors? I get a hold of the owner‘s daughter I presume on the phone and of course she’s too lazy to come show how to use it so she orders me to go down to security and I explained to her that they don’t care about helping, and she claims she will make them help because of course she probably knows how they are but wasn’t willing to try to help in the first place, but of course in this instance she’s insinuating I don’t know how to use the card and there’s a problem with me even though multiple people in the building already told me there’s a problem with the elevator card. Pollution: hallway windows and sliding glass door in room don’t go all the way down, so some of the worst pollution on earth flies in— major throat irritation, especially during rush hour traffic. You’ll have a frog in your throat. Fires: maybe they have them but I didn’t see fire extinguishers. And the elevators let in 45 people, but there is a small narrow door you must click a button to open for everyone to leave. And if electricity is shot during a fire and the door doesn’t open? Everyone will be trampled before they burn up. Even if it’s open, everyone has to fit through that door, one at a time, and it’s smaller than bedroom doors in Vietnam. So yes, single-file. And 45 people don’t fit in the room the elevator empties out into, so in the fire more than half the people would need to wait in the elevator or pack tightly in the room. Trampling will likely occur. Lighting: standard blaring white lights found in Vietnam causing eye strain for intellectual tasks. “SMART” TV: outdated, very slow, tedious, it requires you to use the manual to use it, and you have to pay to use almost anything on it. And it’s in Vietnamese, of course. Residents: I give one star to this only because of the residence and the local people in the area. They were actually shocked and appalled at the way the owners and staff treated me as a guest checking-in, and every time I was treated rudely or dealt with some malfunction like the elevators, local residents would step in to try to help. So I was grateful for proactive strangers, but the people in the building who worked there and own the rooms were lazy, entitled and rude. Driving: when I left this place, the security guards screamed at my taxi driver when he start
