· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Out of hours arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.
· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned and rubbish placed in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rate, will be charged on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
No beach towels are provided.
It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.

Everything about this apartment is excellent. The location is walking distance to three amazing beaches, plenty of stores and restaurants, and away from the noisy nightclubs in the downtown area.
The apartment is very modern, has a large outside deck, and an underground garage which keeps your car cool and safe. It´s also on the ground floor which is great (safe) for when you have young children.
We will definitely come back to this place for many years to come!

We stayed here for a week, and had a wonderfull holiday, the apartment is very clean and the owners are very nice and friendly and if there is a problem they are always willing to help you!!!
The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday, it is near the centre of Fenals and close to Lloret de Mar. The area of the apartment is very quit an peaceful and only a 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Boadella. There are 3 supermarkets and a lot of restaurants near the apartment.
The bedrooms are very good and we really slept well here because the area is so peacefull.

We liked the apartment very much. It’s modern, very comfortable and clean. It’s suitable for the rest even with small babies, we had everything we needed. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach. There is a wonderful park nearby and a swimming-pool. The masters are very polite and attentive.
