Мне понравилось бесконтактное заселение. Все оперативно и хозяйка всегда на связи.

Очень просторная квартира, есть вся необходимая мебель, да не без изъянов, но в целом этот минус перекрывается доступностью кафе, столовой, ресторанов в шаговой доступности. есть магазины и что самое главное рядом с центральной алеей города возле Астана-Байтерек. Все очень понравилось, с заселением проблем не возникло, заехали поздно вечером. квартира была уже приготовлена.

Location is the best. The apartment complex has issues with maintenance, the area around it is not pedestrian friendly, but this is the case for most of Astana. Ground floor is a shopping alley with groceries, pharmacies etc. the apartment building access from the ground floor is stairs, which is very weird and inconvenient with luggage. There’s one elevator on the opposite end of the building — make sure you find it if you travel with suitcases.

As mentioned, there are accessibility issues that the property owner is not responsible for. But, both couches in the living room are impossible to lay on (the bed is okay), so don’t rely on them — you won’t be able to sleep on them, so the apartment is good only for a party of two as a maximum. Please, mind that the apartment doesn’t have an AC. It may be fine for any season, other that summer. If you travel in summer, avoid this apartment, because summers in Astana are very hot.
