Casa Mejillon - Costa Calma - Terrace WiFi Hammock

Apartament jest bardzo komfortowy i po prostu piękny. Kuchnia posiada pełne wyposażenie, co bardzo ułatwiało nam pobyt, a łóżko było wyjątkowo wygodne, co pozwoliło nam na świetny wypoczynek. Dodatkowym plusem było szybkie Wi-Fi. Jednak naszym ulubionym punktem był balkon z którego mogliśmy codziennie obserwować przepiękne zachody słońca.

Apartament był przepiękny, nowo wyremontowany i bardzo przestronny. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie czyste i zadbane. Miejsce jest w pełni wyposażone, znajdowało się w nim absolutnie wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Ogromnym plusem był duży taras, na którym można było spokojnie zjeść śniadanie. Obsługa przemiła, bardzo pomocna i błyskawicznie odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania. Lokalizacja również świetna, blisko do plaży, ale jednocześnie apartament znajduje się poza ścisłym turystycznym centrum, dzięki czemu było spokojnie i komfortowo. Zdecydowanie polecam!

At first glance, the apartment looks very nice. A lot of care clearly went into the interior. Unfortunately, several essential aspects did not match the advertisement. The listing mentioned two bathrooms, but there is only one bathroom and a separate guest toilet, which is not the same. The apartment is also spread over two floors, something that was not mentioned anywhere and was not clear from the photos (the staircase was not shown). Advertised items such as the hammock on the terrace were also missing. The apartment is extremely noisy: you can literally hear the neighbors talking through the walls. Practical amenities were lacking as well: only two towels per person for an entire week, no hand towels in the toilets, just one kitchen towel, and no hot water in the kitchen (which the owner explained as being “how the house was built”). The owner responded quickly, but selectively, and some questions (such as a window that would not open) were never answered. Upon arrival, only one bed was made up, even though it was never asked whether we would share a bedroom. Unfortunately the pillows were filled with goose down which is not very inclusive, since we were both allergic to it. They also smelled terrible of sweat. The apartment has a lot of potential, but due to incorrect information and several shortcomings, the stay was unfortunately disappointing. When we complained to Booking.com afterwards, they submitted the undelivered services on our behalf for compensation. However, the owner denied everything and made it seem as if we were lying. That felt like the main reason for us to write this review. So to everyone: consider yourselves warned!
