The room was nice, had a mini fridge and microwave. We used the tea kettle and made coffee. Free continental breakfast is a great amenity. And there is a laundry room equipped with detergent too, which is amazing!
The only thing we could not figure out is how to schedule a cleaning with housekeeping. We saw the cleaners every morning and when we ask how they say go to the reception desk. We didn’t get to it. But besides that, it was great

This location is minutes from anywhere you wanna go in TC. We typically stay at namebrand hotels, but wanted to try something a little different this time. Overall, it was a great day and location.

It took 5 attempts to get a code sent to me so I could do the pre-arrival check-in. The check-in itself is very invasive. Had to submit a picture of my drivers license front and back and then had to take a picture of my face from 2 different angles. No front desk staff to assist. Treadmill and tv in fitness room inoperative. No coffee in the morning in the lobby. Clean, modern rooms but the lack of staff and excruciating check-in experience made this hotel a no-go for me.
