This apartment is a beautifully renovated second floor apartment that can occupy four guests. It is locally owner and operated.
The apartment contains one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room with a sleeper sofa with direct access to a balcony overlooking Carondelet Street.
The apartment is centrally located and is less then one mile to the French Quarter, SuperDome, Convention Center, Central Business District, World War II Museum, Garden District, and Magazine Street.
The apartment is one apartment in a four unit apartment building on a quiet residential street. The apartment includes one entrance that can be accessed from the front or backyard, queen size memory foam mattresses, privacy shades, hotel quality linens, designer furniture, local art, and the luxuries of home. The front door opens onto a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. The living room and dining room includes a four person dining table, a queen size leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, and bench. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, a dresser, and nightstands with access to the rear balcony.
All guests have access to the backyard, laundry machines, commercial grade water machine, bicycles, and the barbeque.

We stayed three nights in early March and has a very nice stay. Great center location…close to French Quarter, Garden District, City Park, Audubon.
Also enjoyed the apartment itself. We grilled out in the back patio one night and enjoyed the palm trees swaying in the breeze. Always able to park within a half block in the front. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front balcony. Enough amenities for what we needed, and then some. Recommend!

Glad i took a chance on this apartment. Was clean, host was easy to communicate with,close to everything without being in the center of everything. Would definitely stay here again.
