Centrally located at Milepost 6 in Kill Devil Hills, Avalon Tides is within a mile radius of family-friendly activities including mini-golf and a movie theater. Ride bikes to the beach or Avalon Fishing Pier, just half a mile away. You'll also find a variety of restaurants close by including Awful Arthur's, Chili Peppers and The Jolly Roger. Guests can use the nearby community sound access for launching kayaks and SUP's. In the evenings, take your four-legged companion for a walk down the multi-use path along Bay Drive, where you can admire breathtaking sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay.

In-season partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.
