Exactly as described. Clean and great for a quick stay. Close to all the downtown ATL things we wanted to do. Unfortunately parking is on the street leaving your car exposed and you have to walk to the back of the house. The neighbor has a camera facing the house so everytime you walk past it chirps at you. The ac kept resetting we would set to 70 and a few hours later notice it’s getting hot and the ac reset to 76 or if we left and came back it would reset so be sure to keep checking the ac or heat, we were thinking either 1 the owner is coming through the door beside the thermostat turning it off, 2 they can control it remotely through an app, or 3 the thermostat is faulty and needs replacing but something to lookout for. All in all a good stay and price just a couple annoyances.

The space is beautiful and it’s close enough to things to do if you have a vehicle. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. The complimentary waters were very appreciated after our long drive there, and the bed is SO comfy. Not to mention the rainfall shower head??? If you’re debating it, just stay here. Literally my only “complaint” isn’t even a big deal, just the trash cans aren’t very big so if you have fast food you need to take the trash from that out to the large trash can as it won’t fit. That’s all. It’s the perfect space if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower!
