About this house rental
Enjoy the spa amenities of this tastefully remodeled home nestled amongst the trees on a dead-end street. Located in Chapel Hill on the edge of the Durham border. There's a 5 person hot tub, spa robes, a high-end, full body massage chair, and a 120' projector TV to enjoy in front of the remote-controlled gas fireplace. There's even a 20X60 fenced area for your furry friends to hang out.
Please note- the property manager lives in a totally separate apartment at the rear of the house. You will have total privacy during your relaxing stay.
We are happy to ask the cleaning service to modify their schedule to see if you can check in early or check out late (2-3 hours difference.) If they can do it they charge a $20 fee. The more notice given the better the chance they can do it.

Had a great time. We were visiting with family and had guest over a few times. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen as well. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Really enjoyed the Hot Tub and the location in Chapel Hill was perfect.
