    A decent option for a short stay in Shantiniketan. The location was convenient, and the staff was generally cooperative. Rooms were clean but basic, with amenities that met only standard expectations. Overall, it was a good experience—suitable for budget travelers looking for a simple and functional stay rather than luxury.

    It is a good hotel with nice facilities. The only problem is that the room has no balcony causing suffocation at times.

    We had several bugs and one of our room didn't had any window the system were weird And they were severely understaffed was very constricted and the while hotel .was weird cockroaches were found in our room one of our room was like so dusty and dirty the layout was of poor quality never would recommend it we took a four bed room and one double bed room the four bed room was horrible with no ventilation and the double bed room was filled with the bugs that are attracted towards lights the bed room was filled with it weird tap system loose tap water dripped all the time cockroaches were a lot in the four bed room. Quality of food and service also very poor standerd.
