The room I reserved was mentioned as “with sea view” but the reception said that all the sea view rooms are full and gave us a room with partially sea view!

We had a terrible experience at Onlive hotel. Our reservaition was clearly made for a suite sea view room however the hotel said Agoda had sent them a reservation for a deluxe room so they cant do anything and we should contact ***/agoda. We waited almost 3 hours to no help. The hotel refused to take any responsibility at their end. Finally they offered to cance l our reservation or take a lower category room. We had to check in as there was no other place to go as the hotel is very far away. Throughout the stay the service is severely lacking when they call themselves a 5 star. Things are always running out at breakfast. Towels are not available and we have to fetch them from far off locations instead of the staff replenishing the poolside or beachside for the same. Facilities are good but the hotel needs to definitely step up its game in servicing guests. There is always lots of cigarette smoke coming into the bathroom from somewhere. The Tvs dont even have smart TVs and the hotel cant even provide for HDMI cable. However it is very poor on Agodas part as well to mess up our booking. The hotel told us we made a huge mistake booking through Agoda.
