Room space is fine for three people actually. 4 people is also able to be fit.
There is a small laundry machine without dryer. Hanger is quite less, so you could be able to wash several clothes at a time.

For us, the property is good for the price as it's one of the most reasonable. For more details:
PROS:
1. The host is very responsive, will respond to an email in less than an hour. Gave clear instructions prior to arriving in Osaka.
2. The price. It's one if not the best priced for a family of 4 in Osaka.
3. It is furnished with a washing machine which is great, a stove, microwave and kettle and cutlery, plates and glasses.
4. The Life Grocery nearby is a very big plus! You can have a delicious hefty meal from the comfort of the apartment at a low price. Tip: Cooked meals go on sale as early as 7pm!
4. The Nishohari platform 1 station is nearby. It is very convenient to reach the Shinsaibashi shopping street (exit 5). But it's about 6-10 min walk, depending on how fast you walk. Tip: Cut through the park in the corner to save some steps.
CONS:
1. It can be cramped for 4 adults with 4 big luggage.
2. Not the cleanest as all vents have thick layer of dust.
3. The garbage would be collected at the end of your stay. Although I reasoned with the host since we were booked for 10 nights and eat in a lot. So we managed to get 2 prior pickups before check out. Tip to host: make garbage pickup every other day or 2 days at least, for hygiene purposes.
3. There is a small TV that only has few Japanese channels. Tip to host: Put a bigger smart TV where your clients can stream their own Netflix accounts and watch something they can actually understand and enjoy.
4. It is NOT a good idea to walk from this property to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori! It's a very far walk. Take the train at Nagihori platform 1 instead.
5. If you are looking for a place that is within the happening areas, this is not it. Not ideal too if you have small kids or with senior as the walk to and from the station might be too much.
