Achei o apto impecável, muito limpinho e organizado, fomos muito bem recepcionados pela anfitriã que estava a disposição a qualquer momento, super recomendo

Localização boa para quem vai na FIP
A limpeza não estava boa. O barulho dos carros na rua começa às 05:00 da manhã. Da pra ouvir a pessoa do apto de cima, que acorda às 05:00 da manhã. Não tem black out na janela de um dos quartos, ou seja, fica super claro o cômodo. A internet tbm oscila muito, pois o roteador não fica na opto. Os travesseiros são horríveis, não dão 5 centímetros e os cobertores estavam com cheiro de usado.
