Garden apartment with parking

Sehr freundlicher Vermittler, der uns zweimal sehr schnell geholfen hat. Die Wohnung ist modern, gross, man konnte auch selbst Essen zubereiten. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage für die heißen Tage.

Es wurden durchgehend Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt ( teilweise auch mit Bohren verbunden) Vor meinem Schlafzimmerfenster stand ein Gerüst. Ich denke, solche Arbeiten kann man auf die Zeit verlegen, in der keine Gäste gebucht sind. Es fehlt meiner Meinung nach an einigen elementaren Dingen, wie Nachttischlampen und Haken im Bad. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich war für abends die einzige Sitzmöglichkeit , z.B.ein Sessel wäre schön gewesen.

The apartment was big and comfortable, there were enough bed sheets, pillows and blankets available as well as soap, dish soap, a hair drier and a small espresso maker. Also the radiator worked really well

Unfortunately no wifi but it already says this in the information about the apartment. Also while we were there, they did some work on the parking spots and the garden, which was very loud but thankfully only during the day at reasonable hours. The door and walls don’t seem soundproof because you can here everything from the hallway as well as the neighbors talking, that was a bit annoying but overall fine

La struttura è di nuova costruzione, pulita e comodissima.

Mancano alcuni accessori essenziali, come per esempio la macchina del caffè e lo scolapasta per esempio. E non viene detto di portare anche olio sale zucchero che non sono presenti in casa.

L’appartamento è nuovo e completamente ristrutturato, posizione tranquilla e ottimale per quelle che erano le mie esigenze. Comodo parcheggio, zona molto silenziosa.

Mancava un po’ di attrezzatura di uso quotidiano (la macchina del caffè, una tovaglia, delle abat jour nelle camere..)
