A modern, spacious, and beautifully arranged apartment, fully equipped with everything a family with children (and not only) could possibly need. The appliances (a generous no-frost fridge, large induction hob, built-in oven, washing machine, iron, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.) and all amenities are extremely well-maintained—they felt practically new. There is air conditioning in every room (including the kitchen), fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV (YouTube, kids' cartoons), and local channels. The master bedroom features a spacious and comfortable bed, perfect for mom, dad, and our little girl. The living room also has a pull-out sofa and even an extensible armchair, which we didn't even need to use. ​We loved the location: parking is right behind the building for just €2 per full day (free on Sundays), and a Conad supermarket along with other shops are right across the street. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a lovely view from the balcony that wraps around the entire apartment. ​This was our first time visiting this part of Italy. Besides Palestrina itself, which has so much to offer, there are great attractions nearby that are fantastic for kids (and just as enjoyable for adults): ​Don't miss MagicLand in Valmontone—you can easily spend a full day there! (I recommend checking the schedule and buying tickets online in advance; they are cheaper if purchased at least a day prior). ​The Toy Museum (Museo del Giocattolo) in Zagarolo is another great spot for children (pay attention to their opening hours). ​On our way to Rome Fiumicino Airport, we stopped by Castel Gandolfo, which offers a breathtaking view over Lake Albano. Beyond the comfort and warmth of the apartment, what touched us most was the genuine kindness and hospitality of our hosts. Ilya and Katya (hope we spelled your names correctly!), thank you so much for welcoming us well past the normal check-in time after our flight was delayed.

Un appartamento molto ben organizzato, nuovissimo, pulitissimo, molto comodo sia per brevi soggiorni che più lunghi. Gestori gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Davvero una gran bella struttura!! Molto molto molto soddisfatti!

A voler trovare a tutti i costi un difetto solo la pressione dell’acqua un poco bassa ma comunque sufficiente

Struttura completamente aggiornata,funzionale,completa di tutto dalla tazzina al wifi...climatizzatore in ogni stanza,pulitissima luminosa un balcone enorme che gira intorno all'appartamento...si affaccia sulla strada ma non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di fastidio,posizione facile da trovare...il nostro referente e proprietario,evidentemente,gentile e disponibile. Per quello che mi è costato,due notti e due giorni,sono veramente soddisfatto!!! Parcheggio enorme difronte.
