Unfortunately, this property and the service did not meet our expectations. Firstly, the listing stated that there was a washing machine, but there wasn't, which caused us inconvenience during our stay. The front gate would not close properly. In this location, having a secure gate is an important feature, and leaving it open felt like an invitation for anyone to enter. The bedside lamp was also not working, so we couldn't use the ambient lighting and had to rely on the bright main light. The mattress was noticeably bigger than the bed frame, creating an overhang so that if you slept anywhere near the edge, you’d start rolling right off. The biggest issue was the toilet. It was leaking and refilled itself very loudly every 10–15 minutes throughout the day and night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. After three days it was finally repaired, but the repair itself caused further disruption. The handyman arrived without any agreed appointment time, and we were left without water and effectively unable to leave the apartment for around three hours. As a result, we had to miss a party we had planned to attend. Finally, the cleanliness of the property was well below the standard we expected.

The only real positive was the location, which was excellent. Unfortunately, the number of issues we experienced outweighed that benefit, and we would not choose to stay here again.
