We did not have opportunity to stay in accommodation because the host cancel our reservation and left us on the street

Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to stay in the reserved accommodation. On September 5, we arrived in Nis around 17:00, contacted the host and said that we would be at the location in 20 minutes. We stood in front of the building for 20 minutes, he did not answer after two calls, and then he called us and announced that our reservation was canceled and that he had other guests. We told him that the reservation was not canceled and that we have a confirmation from Booking, but he claimed the opposite. He left us on the street without a place to stay. Big, big anti-recommendation and big unprofessionalism!!!
