Apartamento céntrico con amplia terraza en L'Estartit - Parking incluido

Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Nice large patio with comfortable chairs. Our hosts let us arrive much earlier than the stated time. There are 2 comfortable double bedrooms which was good for us. There is another small twin bedroom off one of the double rooms which would work for a family with kids but not for another 2 adults. The living area is nice and spacious.

Unfortunately the kitchen and shower room were not in great condition. Both outdated and shabby. One kitchen cupboard door is falling off its hinges, the knives are sticky with grease. Sadly we were put off cooking due to the dirty utensils and lack of equipment so we ate out instead. Also, the floor at the entrance to the kitchen is damaged and covered with an annoying small mat causing a tripping hazard. It would have been nice to have a few more essentials provided. There wasn’t even a toilet roll! The first evening when we showered there was very limited hot water and when we investigated the problem we saw that the hot water cylinder hadn’t been switched on!

Salle de bain + wc vétusté, pas de lavabo mais un lave main avec meuble vétusté. Cuisine mal équipée. Pas de machine à café un mini four. Vaisselles collantes et douloureuses.

Departamento muy comodo, con parking y patio a 100m de la playa. Amplio para dos parejas o en familia.
