الفيلا شرحه وجميلة وتسيقها جميل وفيها خصوصية تامه ويمكن ان تتجول في المزرعة
1/يوجد ذباب ولكن فيه مصيدة جيدة اذا اطفينا الانوار بالليل تصيد كل الموجود. 2/دورة المياة الي فوق لها رائحة كريهه. 3/ الخروج المبكر الساعة 11 صباحاً

1- فكرة المشروع وتصميم المشروع 2- تعامل العاملين الجيد
1- سوء جودة الأثاث المستخدم والستائر 2- إنبعاث رائحة الصرف الصحي من الحمام المجاور لغرف النوم ومراوح الشفط في الحمامات صوتها مزعج جداً 3-عدم توفير شباشب داخلية للسكن 4- عدم نظافة البطانيات والأغطية والمخدات 5- منطقة الجلوس غير مريحة تماماً 6- إنعدام الاكسسوارات في السكن مثل بعض الخزانات والسجاد 7- عدم توفر مروش في حمام الدور الأرضي 8- منطقة موقف السيارة غير مستوي وبوابة الفيلا يدوية وليست كهربائية 9- الحديقة تفتقر للإهتمام والصيانة 10- الجلسات الخارجية مستهلكة ومتسخة جداً لدرجة عدم القدرة على استخدامها
