It was very clean, fully equipped. Accessing it was not difficult, but finding the parking space is a bit of a trick. A friendly neighbor helped us out 🙂.
Since it is in the basement, unfortunately for us, the window was open without the insect mesh, and a few spiders, insects came in that had to be ridden off in the middle of the night, especially with a 3 year old sleeping.

sehr modern und alles neu Kaffee , Tee , Gewürze alles da Kinderbett mit Matratze
Kellerwohnung kein Ausblick Handtücher riechen wie nasser Hund nach Benutzung Duschkabinentür öffnet nach außen und alles wird nass nach dem Duschen Netflix , YouTube , Disney nur mit eigenem Account möglich Normaler TV geht gar nicht da kein Modul und keine Karte vorhanden sind Hebelanlage vom Abwasser ist einfach nur nervig
