    Ai van al.reayaurant pregunten por emmanuel super mesero,amable respetuoso y eficiente.pero el hotel le falta mejorar el servicio al cliente ahí trabajadores muy prepotentes y aunque el hotel esté vacío literal no te dejan entrar con norteño y ahí gerente muy buena onda no se su nombre pero es delegado de lentes el es amable nada mas. Mi segunda vez aquí y la verdad muy mala experiencia hasta cucarachas en el cuarto había. No creemos regresar

    COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM. ROOM WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. NO HOT WATER. Tried to contact Agoda by phone, emai, WhatsApp. No answer. Terrible No costumer service. This was a nightmare experience for us.
