Limpeza exímia. Layout funcional e muita luz natural. Várias notas descrevem o método de utilização dos aparelhos da casa melhorando o user experience. Bem decorado e equipado para as necessidades do dia a dia. Ótima recepção, e qualidade/velocidade de resposta.
Iluminação poderia ser mais harmoniosa particularmente nos tons e locais de uso. Privacidade é uma constante preocupação devido à proximidade com a calçada e outros apartamentos. O quarto tem tendência a aquecer dado estar situado diretamente abaixo do telhado e no piso de cima do duplex. Beneficiava de mais utensílios de cozinha. A porta de entrada geral ao apartamento possuí as suas "manhas".
