LOCATION! I’m actually from Philly and felt like a tourist in my own city, endless food and fun to discover just steps away. SUPER dog friendly area
Honestly no complaints, a bit sparse, typical stuff for a rental like this as far as furniture but had a few accents and art that were in quite good taste. And an air fryer! A handy man came promptly to asses a small issue and I’d have a beer with that guy he was top notch

I liked that there was entry codes to get into the building & also to get into the apt. It’s also near a train station which was very convenient.
It’s not a dislike but the ironing board refused to stay open & would collapse. Maybe it was just me even though I tried numerous times to get it to stay open.
