    Hotel was outstanding, full of wildlife, staff attentive, rooms big and spacious and food was great. There are tweaks that this hotel could do to make it feel more like a 5 star but overall we had a great holiday.

    We really enjoyed the staff and food. Resort had a lot of activities for everyone. Room was good.

    Hotel is under construction. Usable facilities are dated. Grounds are beautiful and beach area us large and scenic. Staying at all-inclusives in the past, I have realistic expectations of the dining, but this was lower than expected. Generally rooms have fully stocked bars and this only provided 2 beers per night in the room and minimal soft drinks. Staff was helpful and friendly. TV went out and it was replaced immediately. It's definitely time for a revamp and I the remodel on this facility will greatly improve overall quality of experience.
