You can't beat the location if you're visiting to watch the Takarazuka Revue. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the theater and 2 minutes from the main Hankyu Takarazuka station. The rooms are a little dated, the bed is a bit hard, and there isn't much of a lobby for hanging out in, but the staff are very lovely, everything is clean, and the hotel comes with a cute little onsen bath on the 2nd floor. Again, it's a fantastic location and solid hotel for the price per night.

禁煙室をリクエストしていましたが、チェックアウトが遅い時間だったせいか、喫煙室でした。
そのような事は他のホテルでもありましたが、事前にリクエストにお応えできませんと通知があるか、匂いを極力消す努力をしてくれていました。
今回は喉がイガイガする程たばこの匂いが残っていたのと、事前にお知らせ頂けず消臭剤を持参出来なかった事が残念でした（ファブリーズ的な備えはありましたが効果はなかったです）。
チェックインの時「リクエストにお応えできずスミマセン」とひと言あれば、気持ちも違ったかもしれません。
お部屋は広々していてそれ以外不満はありませんが、ＧＷ中とは言え値段には見合わないと思ったので、友達には薦めません。

I booked because of the free parking. After I have parked my car, I was asked to pay ¥1200.
