Spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Facilities and security were excellent. We were visiting family who live close by so excellent location in that respect.

Although the bed was very comfortable, every time you moved it squeaked. 😢 There were no tea towels available. A little remote for restaurants and groceries

I really love this residential area and this building in particular. It is located in the vicinity of Kite Beach and Souk Madinat Jumeirah. The security is present in the lobby 24/7, and the area feels extremely safe The flat is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. It has all of the kitchen utensils and cutlery needed. Towels and bed sheets are clean and of good quality. Very stylish and cozy place in general!

Cet appartement spacieux, situé dans un immeuble sécurisé, offre une vue dégagée et une décoration soignée. Il se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied du Burj Al Arab, avec un centre commercial à proximité, accessible à pied. Un arrêt de bus tout proche permet de rejoindre un mall encore plus grand, et une superbe plage se situe à environ 20 minutes de marche. Je le recommande vivement, surtout pour les familles.

La personne avec qui j’ai échangé sur l’application Booking m’a refusé une arrivée avant 15h, malgré le fait que cela soit indiqué comme possible dans l’annonce. J’ai donc dû patienter plus d’une heure au soleil avant de pouvoir accéder au logement. Paradoxalement, une autre personne contactée via WhatsApp m’avait autorisé à arriver plus tôt, ce qui a rendu la situation confuse. De plus, l’adresse fournie sur l’annonce ne correspond pas à la bonne entrée : il s’agit en réalité du bâtiment situé juste à côté. Ce sont de petits détails, mais qui peuvent réellement nuire à l’expérience globale.
